1. Main technical contents
The construction technology of decorative and thermal insulation integrated exterior wall panel is a major development of building external thermal insulation technology in China. It is an organic combination of building curtain wall and building external thermal insulation technology. It is different from both and has both advantages. The decorative and thermal insulation integrated exterior wall panel is based on the characteristics that it is easy to actively bond with different materials (except a few materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, silicone or tetrafluoroethylene) in the process of polyurethane foaming. It is a new type of wall decorative and thermal insulation material integrating thermal insulation and decoration. 2. Technical indicators
The thermal insulation material is connected into a whole through rigid foam polyurethane and interface reinforcing coiled material, which enhances the mechanical strength and waterproof performance of the plate, so that the construction will not be deformed due to the self weight of the mortar when the mortar is applied to the thermal insulation plate, so as to ensure the convenience of construction, the smoothness of pasting and prevent the virtual adhesion of the mortar. The interface reinforcing coiled material adopts cement and mortar materials, which are basically the same as the materials of bonding mortar and plastering mortar, so as to ensure the bonding strength between the decorative and thermal insulation integrated exterior wall panel and the base wall. The bottom lining adopts cement-based interface reinforcing coiled material to ensure the tensile bond strength and safety of the system.
The decorative and thermal insulation integrated exterior wall panels are fixed by "pasting + anchoring", mainly by bonding, supplemented by anchoring. The adhesive with a width of 50mm and a thickness of 10mm shall be applied around the panel (a drainage and ventilation channel with a width of 50mm shall be reserved at the lower side). In the production process, the liquid polyurethane completely and evenly covers the upper and lower surfaces of the thermal insulation material and penetrates into the plate to form a polyurethane waterproof isolation layer with continuous closed cell structure, which improves the waterproof performance of the decorative and thermal insulation integrated exterior wall panel and ensures the durability of the thermal insulation performance of the material.
In order to alleviate the deformation and shrinkage of the integrated decorative and thermal insulation exterior wall panel and achieve the aesthetic effect, about 10mm grid joints will be reserved vertically, which is the most vulnerable part of the thermal bridge and waterproof. After the construction of the integrated decorative and thermal insulation exterior wall panel is completed, fill the easy-to-operate polyurethane joint filler at the separation joint to connect all the integrated decorative and thermal insulation exterior wall panels as a whole, improve the waterproof performance of the whole system and avoid the generation of thermal bridge.

(1) At present, the construction of external wall insulation in China is still relatively backward, mainly using thin plastering, with many processes. In contrast, the decorative and thermal insulation integrated exterior wall panel is manufactured in factory, which greatly shortens the construction period.
(2) The traditional thin plastering project requires high level of workers and low production efficiency. It is easy to cause material loss and high cost in the construction process. The construction technology of decorative and thermal insulation integrated exterior wall panel adopts advanced engineering assembly line production and processing technology, with high manufacturing accuracy, which greatly reduces the on-site cutting and on-site wet operation of materials, greatly reduces the waste of materials and possible pollution to the environment, has high construction efficiency, and the corresponding labor cost and energy consumption will be greatly reduced.
